This 2015 book chapter provides an insightful netnographic look at the phenomenon of online conversions to Islam. The author aims to conduct an interdisciplinary investigation on the intersection between the evolution of new media and contemporary Islam, and in particular, the phenomenon of online conversions to Islam.
This article will be of use to researchers and practitioners both interested in netnographic studies concerning conversions to Islam, but also those interested in tackling very large and broad research topics, as the author has done.
